The NIR Borescope is used for measuring temperature profiles in furnaces. It gives the operator a high-resolution geometric image of the process, which means that a live temperature value can be obtained from any area of focus on the image using the complete Land Image Processing System (LIPS). Aside from that, the device has 324,000 live temperature data points that can be accessed by the operator. The NIR Borescope has 1% accuracy, <1?C repeatability, and pobe lengths with the following sizes: 305mm / 12?, 610mm / 24?, and 915mm / 36?. It also provides a clear view of the flame and a thermocouple for overheating alarm.
